Faithwalkers Jr.

Why should the adults get to have all the fun? We are excited to introduce Faithwalkers Jr. — a Faithwalkers experience just for kids up to age 12. Our goal is to help our kids to develop a deeper faith, hope, and love for Jesus Christ. Faithwalkers Jr. will be administered by approved volunteers during the morning and evening sessions.

We know it can be difficult for young families to attend Faithwalkers. Whether your kids are in the nursery (ages 3 and under) or enrolled in the Faithwalkers Jr. experience (ages 4–12), we're confident that this program will benefit kids and parents alike.

If you have any questions along the way, please contact us.

What will kids be doing during Faithwalkers Jr.?

In the nursery and for Faithwalkers Jr., sessions will include age-appropriate Bible reading, crafts, puppets, games, videos, and light story-telling. Older children will be given opportunities to help run games and perform with puppets.

Will kids be divided by age or will they all be together?

Whether in the nursery or in Faithwalkers Jr., all kids will be divided into similar age groups. The actual breakdown will depend on the number of kids participating and the number of volunteers we have.

Where will my kids be during these sessions?

Children will be in the Dogwood building right next to the building with our main sessions and seminars.

How does registration work for Faithwalkers Jr.?

The deadline to register for Faithwalkers Jr. is December 2, 2024. There is a $25 fee per child to help offset the program costs. When you register for Faithwalkers, you will have the option to enroll your children in Faithwalkers Jr. on the registration form. During registration, you will be asked to acknowledge the Faithwalkers Jr. Policies. It's that easy!

This is a great idea! Can I help?

Yes! This program isn’t possible without awesome volunteers like you. Whether you’re a college student, parent, or simply an adult attending the conference, you can sign up to volunteer during registration and our team will contact you with more information. Please note: All Faithwalkers Jr. volunteers must be at least 18 years old and will be subject to a background check as part of the application process.

Do my kids have to participate in Faithwalkers Jr.?

There is no obligation to participate — Faithwalkers Jr. is completely optional. However, no formal childcare will be provided outside of Faithwalkers Jr., so you’ll need to plan accordingly.

Will my kids be safe in Faithwalkers Jr.?

Our team is making every effort to ensure the safety and security of all participants. You can read the Faithwalkers Jr. Policies to learn more about the precautions we are taking. Parents are ultimately responsible for their kids during the conference and will be immediately notified during the conference if necessary.

Can minors attend Faithwalkers without their parents?

We strongly encourage parents to attend with their children. For minors attending the conference without their parents, the following rules will apply.

  • No children under the age of 13 may attend the conference without a parent or official guardian.

  • All minors ages 13-17 attending without a parent or official guardian must be chaperoned by an adult 25 years or older. One of the minor's parents and the adult chaperone must each sign the Chaperone Form and Medical Release, acknowledging this chaperone arrangement.

    • The signed Chaperone Form (pp. 1–2) must be emailed (evelynjones0144@gmail.com) by December 3, 2023.

    • The signed Medical Release (p. 3) must be given to the chaperone and kept with him/her at all times during the conference. You don't need to turn this form in.

  • A single chaperone may be responsible for no more than four minors.
