Housing & Meals

Ridgecrest Conference Center provides onsite food and housing accommodations. You are free to either participate in these arrangements or make your own plans. If you are part of a large group, please go through your housing coordinator.

Room Rates

$516 per room

Room options are a room with two queen beds (sleeps 4) and a room with a queen bed and two bunks (sleeps 6).

Both rooms are the same price and attendees can coordinate to share rooms.

Meal Plans

3 Meals a day package Adult: $132

Lunch and Dinner package Adult: $96

3 Meals a day package Child (under 12): $81

Lunch and Dinner package Child (under 12): $54

Child 5 and under: Free

Commuter Fee

Ridgecrest has a $25 fee per person for those who commute to the conference.

Please call 800.588.7222 to pay the commuter fee and choose your meal plan.
